EMPLOYMENT LAW

We have acted for corporate employers and individual executives in employment matters, including:

• advising upon and drafting executive service agreements, and consultancy agreements, and in particular, past termination restraint of trade clauses;
• applying for or opposing injunctions enforcing post termination restraint of trade clauses;
• applying for or opposing injunctions enforcing garden leave;
• wrongful dismissal claims.

LABOUR LAW AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

We have acted for corporate employers in connection with all aspects of labour and trade union matters, including:

• advising upon and negotiating collective labour agreements;
• advising upon and negotiating resolution of disputes between unions and management;
• representing management at the Ministry of Labour in disputes with unions;
• appearing at the Industrial Disputes Tribunal.
