Since that time, he has developed a practice focused on litigation at the Civil and Criminal Bars. He joined the firm as an Associate on 1 September 2016 after practicing at another prominent Jamaican commercial law firm.
Hadrian’s areas of practice include commercial and general civil litigation, strategic negotiation, employment and industrial relations, alternative dispute resolution, constitution and administrative law, personal injury, debt recovery, conveyancing, and criminal law. He has had the privilege of representing a wide cross-section of private sector entities, statutory bodies, and individuals based both locally and internationally before the several courts and tribunals in the island.
He is a member of the Criminal Practice and Procedure and the Legal Reform Sub-Committees of the Jamaican Bar Association; a member of the Board of the Lannaman’s Preparatory School; and a member of the Legal Aid Panel of Attorneys.
